Amazing team! Hayden Dental staff are all very friendly and professional! They go out of their way to provide excellent service. They do a great job with being flexible and accommodating when needed.
Update to my original review: We stopped going here after multiple issues with the finance person's estimates and our actual bills. We're talking about over $600 difference in what the estimate before dental work and what our insurance actually pays. This was very disappointing as we would not have changed out so many optional filings if we were given accurate billing info up front. I spent hours on the phone with McKenzie trying to resolve billing differences and often she would tell me to call my dual insurance companies t... read more
I’ve had a great experience with Dr. Rose. Beyond being an excellent dentist, she is simply very easy to work with. She is approachable, informative, and takes the time to make sure I understand my options and feel comfortable with any treatment plan. I have always felt listened to and respected as a patient.
