I lived at this property for roughly 4 years and I’m going to give my honest opinion, pros and cons. This property is split into two and I can only speak for the Fallsview side. Pros: For the most part it is a quiet community. There was only one instance in my 4 years where the police were called at 1am because of a fight happening downstairs with a neighbor, I was not involved. They keep the area relatively clean, aside from pool area. They try to fix the gate that constantly breaks for whatever reason. The staff is relativ... read more

i thought i was moving into a nice place, but they are not that professional nor efficient. The foreign lady at the front desk acts dumb like she knows nothing and Venice claims i didnt send her the proper paperwork when its their lame system that wouldnt upload my info properly...I completed everything that I was suppose to do and they kept blaming me for ..but I got approved at another place with the same system and had no problems at al. ..........so you live and learn.....Word of advice Hayden.....improve on your system ... read more
