I'm 83 years old and have purchased dozens of used vehicles. My on line purchase at Hayden Agencies at 89 Joe zatsman dr in dartmouth, was the worst car buying experience in my life. Their BBB rating is "F" failure to fix problems on several occasions. Their rating on Google is 2.9. These are huge red flags for this car dealer. I agreed to an online purchase of a 2017 Chev Trax. **UPDATE*** over a month and still waiting for corrections and repairs to my car... after a few hiccups in the process, the sales rep and staff helped immensely in getting into another car. Just waiting on a couple of things to be corrected hopefully sooner than later. It took longer than anticipated, but in the end I am happy with the purchase. or will be when the simple issues are fixed up.
