I have lived in NYC for 2 years now and have been searching for a signature place to do my cut and color. Finally I came across Hayato Salon and I was NOT disappointed. The professionalism, fun atmosphere and team mentality of the employees was great. Everyone was helping each other out and being genuinely kind - which you don't always see at salons. I had an amazing experience at Hayato. Kurumi did Oxo organic straightening on my very curly (and very over-treated) hair and it came out beautiful. Soft, shiny and straight! The next day I came back for full color, also very well-done. Kurumi is professional and kind, as are all the staff at the salon. Beautiful, comfortable surroundings, along with shoulder and head massage included. Will definitely be back. Thanks, Hayato!
First time here and loved the spa massage they did along with my shampoo. I felt the head and neck tension release instantly and the circulation to my scalp increased. The blowout too turned out great, my hair was full of body. Would def come here again !
Kat is great at picking the right color for me. Highly recommend if you want to get a color treatment.
