I had the burger, the Asian wings and a pretzel. All were delicious and I think The Hay Merchant has one of the best burgers in Houston.
The biggest selection of beers on tap I have seen in my life. Chef-prepared pub food is yummy. Waitress gave a great recommendation for my Belgian beer, Kwaremont.
I was here with some friends and our bartender was Alex she was fantastic. were not huge beer drinkers but they had plenty of other great options also dumplings she suggested were amazingggg and the atmosphere was really fun! defiantly coming back soon.
