I used HAWX for pest control, and I was told by Lucas that it was a month-to-month plan. After signing, they revealed it was actually a 12-month contract, and if you want to cancel, there’s a fee. On top of that, we still had issues with mosquitoes. In my opinion, this company is a fraud and a scam. Don’t sign anything with them!
Jalen W is a great and easy to connect with part of the Hawx team. He treated my property yesterday and explained the outlook of the treatment through the summer. A great genuine guy who I would like to continue to treat my house going forward.
I called them to cancel service. Rep would not cancel and repeatedly asked the same question what the issue is even after explaining. Do not recommend hiring them. For each kind of pest they charge extra and they will say it’s not part of the plan and when you try to cancel they will include all this in the same service and say it’s a discount but not cancel the service.
Soliciting in a no Soliciting neighborhood and claiming that you’re a neighbor and when I re-ask you the question then you change the statement to that you Service some of the neighbors that still doesn’t give solicitation rights and the fact that you just left trash at my house is pretty crappy
Technician Chris was great! He gave me a 30 minute heads up and was able to treat any concerns I had
