I have a sign of not soliciting, they have to my house yesterday and today….
Did nothing for the mosquitos.
Rang my doorbell and knocked despite the very large "No Solicitation" sign right above the doorbell, not to mention the signs in the neighborhood entrances and needing a permit from the city (which he likely didn't have). Obviously it upset the dogs and me working from home. He also didn't give his name or company. He rode is little 2 wheel scooter thing up the driveway then turned and stopped IN my yard. He was lucky I was unavailable and the wife answered the door.
Sales person rang door bell alerting my dogs and waking up my 2 napping sons in the process. When I answered the door and pointed out the no soliciting sign, the rep told me “I’m not soliciting.” When I asked what he called door to door sales if not soliciting, his response was “Helping the neighborhood.” At that point I told him for the 4th time I’m not interested and closed the door. Really wish these companies would actually respect a no soliciting sign.
I have a sign that says no soliciting and this rude young man knocked on my door rapidly 3 times, alerting my dog and interrupting a meal. Proceeded to jibber jabber without even asking if I had the time to listen to this nonsense. Then I called the company to report him and they gave a dismissive excuse “we’ll talk about it in training tomorrow” instead of taking down any details of who it was or what happened. If I ever have any pest issues I will certainly not be calling these morons.
