I called to cancel monthly services in November but was talked into paying quarterly instead of monthly. I started getting calls due to non payment only to find out THEY weren't charging the right card that was already on file. This caused my service to not be consistent and i started seeing apiders and bugs again. The CSR said the last time my house was treated was March 2026... tomorrow is August 1st... At one time this was a 4 star rating but as now it is a 1 and here is why I have had Hawx Pest Control for a few years the last 6 months it’s been horrible so I have cancelled it. They sent me a bill for $51.85 for 5 days of service it’s a prepaid service so why is it not prorated? I have had to call them out multiple times after treatments. They charge you every month $81 and some change to come out quarterly every 3 months and don't even show up to provide a service. When you call to cancel service they choose to argue with you about what you did and did not have done when there's proof on my ring and camera that they have been to the door twice. Stay away from this fraudulent company.

Amazing service from beginning to end. Customer service called and got me scheduled for next day service on my new home in Texas at an amazing price. Christopher was kind, prompt, caring, and respectful. Service was done thoroughly and he hit all the spots i asked with no issues. Thanks for making my new home safe and secure. These Texas bugs are no joke, so happy knowing that i have year round protection and i can call whenever we need service. Thanks Christopher from Hawx Dallas!

Went with this company because they had a warranty service. When I ordered a warranty service because mosquitoes kept appearing in my yard and biting my kids, they performed the service and then billed me for it as if it were a routine service. I then canceled my service, and they refused to refund the wrongful “warranty” charge. Would not recommend this company to any family hoping to protect their kids from mosquitos, and customer service is seriously lacking.
