So far: a good condition of the units. There are additional parking spots for your second car beside the designated one for each apartment. They have a nice club house with arcade machines like Street Fighter, American Football and Pac Man. Billiard is a great addition. Kids playground is very small but works in some cases. The management is very nice, responsive and helpful. Overall its a nice place and the problems are minor. I can definitely recommend this apartment complex for rent. Its a safe neighbourhood!
