Although I enjoy where I live for the most part, my apartment has constant issues that aren't fixed. My building always has it's water shut off like every month (practically all day) and the dryers are never cleaned, which leaves a horrible smell on my clothes. They increase my rent so much, and I don't understand why when my apartment and building has so many problems. What am I paying so much for when nothing gets fixed? Overall, I like where I live, but it could be better.

Terrible management company. Came to pick up keys and wouldn’t let me use their bathroom.
Was a little nervous at first but everything turned out ok. They were able to work with me through some issues unrelated to anything they did and around my demanding work schedule. Very appreciative.
I had a pleasant experience with Panthika Lilittham for the most part. However, after a long day at work and stress due to the moving parts of my life and nations uncertainty, I misread the directions and locked the doors to the units that I went in to view at 757 Jones. I apologized, via text twice, as she reached out to me after I had left to ask if I had locked the units behind me.
