Right now, I'm in utter disbelief with how unprofessional this business is. I never thought this would happen to my family (despite seeing other reviews detailing bad visits), as I've trusted them with my disabled son's dental care for 3 years; and yet, this morning, I was informed that the office has discontinued my child as a patient, without any prior notification...all because I exercised my right as a Medi-Cal member, and contacted Medi-cal for clarity and confirmation... after my son's last appointment left me confused... read more
Everyone was so kind and amazing. I was nervous for my son’s first appointment but he did amazing and the dr and staff were great! They took the time to answer all my questions in depth and address any concerns. So happy this was the experience we had to set him up for positive views of the dentist office and future appointments. Thank you!
