For a small clinic that is always busy, the staff is very nice and wait times are never bad. Dr Smith is a very caring and personable doctor who actively listens and wants to help, which has been refreshing when my previous doctors seemed bothered or annoyed with seeing me. It is great to have somebody that actually cares

Avoid if you can. Badly organized, no effort to look after patients, just not good. The nurse and doctor were nice, but waiting 1.5 hrs after appt time is not great
the office staff is horrible at returning calls or getting anything done. i had to call two different days and UMI to get what i needed. i have been going there for two years and yet to see the PCP. it always the PA. the office employee andrea said i dont have the right to see the PCP. just the PA. im putting a complaint with the medical board.
