My partner experienced recurring issues involving referral and authorization documentation between the office and outside medical groups. For a small clinic that is always busy, the staff is very nice and wait times are never bad. Dr Smith is a very caring and personable doctor who actively listens and wants to help, which has been refreshing when my previous doctors seemed bothered or annoyed with seeing me. It is great to have somebody that actually cares
