Family friendly - $5 dollar kids menu. 24 rotating taps by Northwest craft breweries that are usually difficult to find in one place. Mondays are half-off flights, which is 24 beers for $12. $1 off select PDX-brewed beers, plus happy hour food and drinks, 2-5 and 9-close Monday - Friday. Happy hour food and drinks all day Sunday.

What happened to the Poutine!!!???? It totally went down the drain!! We have come to Hawthorne Hophouse for Valentine's Day, birthdays, and (very rare) date night. I surprised my husband with a trip to Seattle for his 40th here! We order out from here often but since the poutine changed we will no longer be ordering it. You had the perfect recipe! Ouch, so sorry. The portobello reduction gravy and cheese curds are the same. We did change our fry cut by about 1/16" of an inch, but otherwise it's the same recipe from five years ago. Same Belgian style fries with the blanche etc. Same russet potatoes. Can you tell us exactly what you think was different? We did get a little blowback on our changing of the fry cut (thickness) but generally there is an extremely positive reaction to both the food and the beer.
Friendly staff and great beers. My wife had a brown butter infused whiskey drink that she loved. Nice atmosphere and excellent selection of local and Northwest brews.
