They allowed an individual to use my information to fraudulently apply for apartment and are now attempting to hold me accountable for $525.00 despite me providing information that it was fraud. I wouldn’t live here if that’s how they choose to do business.

Hawthorne Groves Apt complex is run down. The team and management seems to not care if people are using the facilities against the rental terms and trash the complex. There is always trash littered around the grounds and dog poop every where. The "gate" and trash dumpster is always broken. The communal work out facilities is only available during business hours because the 24 hour door hasn't worked in years. RecommendedQuiet, friendly staff. Activities including holiday wishes, food trucks, and activities by poolside. Dog friendly. Playground for chikdren.
I recently moved in and the experience with the management was great. Mrs. Kathy Hays is very professional and explains the processes excellent, I’m +55 years old, she’s super helpful. The apartment is in excellent condition and I’m very happy with the facilities.
Moved out almost 2 years ago still waiting on my security deposit. Check issued twice in my minor children’s names. I keep calling and emailing every corporate number and still not resolved
good place to live very quiet
It's a great community to live in. It is very quiet and very well kept. The property grounds are always so clean and the maintenance staff is great and quick to get work orders done.

I have lived in Hawthorne Groves Apartments for over 5 years. This is a great place to live and to raise your family. The pool is beautiful, the spa is a nice edition as well. Lots of trees, which I love and a great office staff . Sadie and Ashley are wonderful and go above and beyond in the customer satisfaction and in customer service. They are Always helpful, kind and courteous. Thanks ladies. Also corporate management for Greystar are very accomodating and will help you in any way that they can :)
