Since my dogs were puppies, we have brought them to this place. Now my dogs are 8 years and 9 years old. Before the receptionist were kind, but now the receptionists, especially the one that speaks Spanish acts like she doesn’t know anything and doesn’t seem like she likes working with animals. The vet and the lady that work in inside the hospital are very nice and patient with my dogs.

I recently rescued my cat, Gypsy. I took her to Hawthorne Dog and Cat Hospital for services and it was a great experience -- great service and staff!! I highly recommend them!!!
Our first visit was.... memorable. The power went out during our exam. (Car accident outside the building) Thank heaven for cell phone flash lights. One of the Vet techs even brought my 4 yr old a sticker so she wouldn’t be frightened. Despite the power, they were great! My fur baby got help she needed and I’m sure we’ve found a new veterinary home.
