We've all been there. CEL on (check engine light) and we trot over to Auto Zone to check the codes. We puzzle through them all, do research and arrive at the conclusion that we need real expertise. I went to a known mechanic here who was adamant the car was unsafe to drive, needed a new manifold and a new turbo. Parts & Labor: $3,600. I didn't think so. The gentlemen at Hawthorne Automotive inspected our truck after someone ran into our wheel hub. I was alone as my husband was out of town and the guys there were genuinely so kind and did NOT give me the run around like some automotive shops have done in the past. I felt confident that my truck was cared for appropriately. We've used their services once before and had a great experience then as well. I highly recommend them!!
Great service at a fair price. The owner Randy is a super nice guy and understands the concerns of students' parents that aren't nearby.
