I lived at The Hawthorne for two years before moving to Houston for work. They have always had great office staff and maintenance. They have tons of community activities that I never took part in, but they would leave a sign on my door about it so that everyone was included. I especially enjoyed the evenings and mornings that the office staff would have a special treat at the front gate. I always had great neighbors even though they changed often. I put in a application in 2017 and I was denied. I recently found out that on my credit report it says I owe them 899 dollars. How? I never lived there. I called about the matter and they never got back with me. I called back and finally they said i in fact do not have a outstanding bill there and they reported it to be removed from my credit report. RecommendedHawthorne is a good combination of everything. This are the best apartments in town offering very open floor plans at a competitive price. The staff is always there to answer any question or suggestion. Love this apartment complex!! Recommended!!
Military grandson's Christmas package stolen off doorstep. So much for respectful, caring neighbors. Such a disappointment.

This place ended up being terrible. Parking is a nightmare. Trash pick up is horrible, only one dumpster and it’s always over flowing. Maintenance is always out of parts. For the money you pay the service is bad. I don’t know what happened after the hurricane, but they haven’t recovered. I’m also wondering if it’s under new management. I will say when we first moved in it was on point. But it went down hill fast and after the storm it was unbearable.
