Love living at Hawthorne at the W. Great pool area and amenities. Sara annd Hailey are knowledgeable and helpful and friendly. They have fun activities each month.Dean is the best with maintaining the complex.
It’s a great community with lots of fun activities and amenities.
Great very nice apartments, everyone on staff is friendly and maintenance is very responsive. Beautiful views on the hillsides behind us and a park with a walking trail and easy access to grocery shopping and other businesses and downtown.
I lived here for ~4 years, in different units and buildings. My experience was always 10/10. Management and maintenance are by far the best of any I've experienced. The community is great, amenities are fantastic, and locations is perfect. The only reason I left Hawthorne is because I moved out of state. If I lived in Chatt in an apartment, there is no other place I'd live.
Hailey, Sarah, and MaKenna are the most helpful people I have ever met at an apartment complex! They are so friendly and full of knowledge. Highly recommend the Hawthorne at the W and their employees!
