Hawthorne at the Station is the best apartment experience I’ve had in Wilmington! They always have awesome events and social gatherings. The staff is constantly going above and beyond, and the complex is kept immaculately tidy. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a spot to live in this area!

Hawthorne at the Station is beautifully maintained and I love my balcony overlooking the pool. The Staff always smile and are very friendly. I met some really great people, too. I love it here!
This place is fantastic, it’s like living at a hotel! The staff is extremely friendly and responsive, the residents are warm and friendly, and the amenities can’t be beat! We only moved here 2 weeks ago (from out of state) and I feel a sense of community already.
This is the place to be. Home cook breakfast every 2nd Saturday. This is an apartment resort living. Come on and meet me.....I am the Mayor (lol), who has been here since first open, August 2014. Great resort living and entertainment for singles, couples and families. I look forward to meeting you.
