RecommendedMove in was awesome, nothing has been too much trouble. Apartment over and above clean when we moved in, and thanks to Daryl the few teething jobs were done in a jiffy. Also love the fact when you walk into the office there are booming happy hellos.
I am so happy to be living here! I needed an apartment quickly and the staff worked with me and got me in exactly what I needed, when I needed it! Everyone in staff is so nice and helpful. I haven’t met many neighbors but the ones I have are so nice. I plan to live here a long time and I’m so thankful to feel at home!
Katrina and Megan could not be any better at what they do! They go above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. We love living here! Thanks ladies!
We ❤️ Hawthorne at the Hall. the apartments are nice and roomy. The staff is super friendly and fun and even gave us this super cute bandana.
We are completely enjoying living the “easy peasy” life!!! The community is safe and the property is clean. The neighbors are fantastic, the amenities are a huge value and the staff are consistently working to exceed the expectations of the residents. Megan and Katrina were awesome and informative prior to and during our move and the customer service didn’t stop once we moved in! The facilities staff are great and work hard to ensure everything looks and feels amazing! Thank you ALL for everything you do!!
We love living at Hawthorne at the hall... Not only is it an awesome area but we also love the girls in the office. The maintenance team is A1, anytime there have ever been issues that needed to be addressed they were addressed quickly and correctly the first time! This is definitely the awesome side of apartment living!
The staff is the main reason why my brother and I decided to lease an apartment here. They are absolutely wonderful people and great at their profession. Everything has gone according to plan and these young ladies don’t get enough credit for what they do. I want to say that this is the best apartments that I’ve lived at in the past 6 years and it’s mainly because of the extra care and personal attention I get to any matter that is important to me. The staff seemed bothered to even answer questions. When walking around speaking with other residents I was warned not to even consider renting an apartment due mostly to the staff. It is sad that even after reading reviews that most complaints are related to the staff and nothing has been done to correct that. I will no longer be considering these apartments.
