My experience as a resident of Hawthorne at South Shore has been exemplary in all aspects. The leasing agents' attitudes are on par with Chick-fil-A employees', the location is centralized in relation to nearby businesses and major roadways, the view is perfect, they are welcoming of animals, and the maintenance crew is adept and attends to all maintenance requests swiftly. What more can you ask for?
Love, love my apartment~ Love being able to walk by the marina, love the pool & having the gift station at the office~ Sweet management & maintenance too~ ❤️
Don’t stay here you will deal with maintenance issues like a flooded apartment on 4 different occasions, bugs like you wouldn’t believe, and model due to an old foundation that hasn’t been tended to in a long time. Go to the mornings instead.
