RecommendedI moved in over the summer and worked closely with Isabella Paramo, a Leasing and Live it Specialist. She was incredible! She was readily available whenever I needed assistance during the application and move in process. She made the move stress free and very easy.I would highly recommend her to anyone who may be interested in living at the Hawthorne Apartment homes at Smith Creek.
This has been the best experience of my life. I’ve lived in Illinois my entire life and got fed up with it there. High taxes, crooked politicians, crappy winter weather, nothing to do in the summers, etc. We were over it, so we fled to Wilmington. After living at Hawthorne at Smith Creek over 6 months now, I have a few thoughts:1. The staff are sometimes very busy, and because of this, they forget to follow-up when they say they will. This problem was evident during the few issues I've had while living here. Despite this, they are very helpful and courteous *when you're able to contact them*. We moved from NJ this month in order for our daughters to start school and came here to live while waiting for our home to be sold. Justin was our lifesaver, going above and beyond to accommodate our family and I cannot say enough wonderful things about him, the accommodations here and the team in the office, especially Chloe! I don’t even want to own another house anytime soon I love it here so much!

Wow! These apartments are gorgeous and the design is on point! The kitchens have islands, granite countertops, stainless appliances, plank flooring, and the apts even include W/Ds. The pool is incredible, there is a huge fitness center building, and tons of great walking and biking trails at the Smith Creek park behind the community. Sooo nice!

My husband, 2 kids and myself just moved in! Ashley is so amazing and has helped every step of the way! We absolutely love our new home and so do our fur babies! The places are gorgeous, clean and the overall atmosphere is the feel of a vacation! We are so happy to call Hawthorne at Smith Creek our home!
