I have lived here for around three months now and so far I am very pleased with the service supplied by the maintenance crew and the staff members in the office. Brendon is hospitable and always makes sure the job is done very well and complete. The amenities are great and the location is in close proximity for shopping. It’s a slower pace for me moving from NYC but it is a well needed rest. The maintenance supervisor Cliff is exceptional. His knowledge, care and attention to detail shows in how well kept the property is. He made my experience at Hawthorne at Simpsonville unforgettable and the property and homes are beautiful! Would highly recommend!
Always loving the experience that Hawthorne at Simpsonville provides! There’s always events every month, and the community is so welcoming. Not to mention the staff who are always so helpful, I’ll be sad if we ever leave!
Maintenance team was Efficient/Fast and did a great job on handling my request 😉
This is by far one of the best apartment complexes!! From the friendly staff who go over and beyond to help with whatever is needed , to the cleanliness of the grounds. I highly recommend these apartments if you are looking!!
