Been here since April 2017 and my only complaint is the delayed same day notices. Other than that minor complaint the staff has been wonderful, respectful and quick to respond to issues. The neighborhood is quite even on a busy day. Overall, great place to live!
I love the new look of the complex after the upgrades that have been done. Maintenance issues are taken care of promptly and the office staff are friendly and courteous. 4805
Moved here in mid-July, reasonable priced for a 1 bedroom apt. They are currently upgrading the complex and it looks great! I feel safe in this area, management tries to do the best to their abilities. It seems as though they are working hard to give better customer service, which I appreciate. Some of the office staff are great and welcoming, though I dont have much interaction with them except to pick up packages (which they could be better about communicating about). Iv been here for 3 months and I love it.. I love the newly renovated apartment. I lived here years ago and loved it then. The office staff are always super nice when I come in and don't come off as if I'm bothering them when I need something. If you are looking for a nice apartment Hawthorne is perfect!
