Stayed there last week for the UNCW graduation and the apartment was amazing!! The staff were so friendly! They even helped us out when we forgot an iron! - thanks for making the weekend great Hawthorne!!

I had an amazing experience while living there, but I also have a great story vouching for this property's level of service. Three years after I left Wilmington to move to D.C. I found myself needing to contact the manager bc a package with my flower girl's dress was mistakenly mailed to my old apt address just days before my wedding! The manager was kind enough to drive the package to UPS and post it HERSELF for two-day shipping to ensure it arrived on time for my wedding! AMAZING service!
