Love the large style 1 bedroom. Being able to open the sliding glass door to let fresh air in is awesome. Large walk-in closets are not common in most apartments so that is a big plus. Helpful and responsive management team too!

I love it here! Cool large one-bedroom apartment that is over 900 feet large, with a sliding window that opens up into a Juliet Balcony over Hawthorne Street – how can you not like that? The wood floors, large walk-in closet and the fact that its "quiet" are all icing on the cake. This is such a nice change from the smaller apartments I have been in. And the manager is responsive and easy to deal with.
Love these apartments. They’re spacious, and in walking distance to everything within the Hawthorne area. Maintenance is always up to date, and the common areas are always maintained. Everyone does their best to accommodate the residence. This is a great place to live.
