My e-bike was stolen from this building, I reported it to the police and emergency maintenance. The property manager, German, has not called or reached out. He also refuses to pull security camera footage for myself or police. Don’t rent here
This place charges $220 for monthly utilities, just FYI
Maintenance requests can go unaddressed for weeks. Electrical issues throughout the building like loud popping sounds from the main electrical room in the lobby. No way to effectively reach anyone in management or maintenance. The building went to hell after Ruby left.
Overall nice, outside the construction not finished, but looked promising
I live in this block with my family for more than 1.5 years. The location is perfect, everything you need is within walking distance. Public transportation is reliable and frequent. I want to mention Property Manager Rubie especially. I've lived in different apartments in different countries, she is definitely the best. Always helpful, and tries to solve your problem immediately. I would recommend this building if you want to be in the city.
