Ich habe diesen Hotel während dem 04. Juli für eine Nacht mit meiner Familie besucht weil wir in der Nähe der Niagara Fälle übernachten wollten. Das Hotel schien einen schlechten Ruf zu haben da es in den letzten Wochen renoviert wurde. Der Tag an dem wir da waren war der erste Tag an dem wieder Frühstück angeboten wurde. It honestly felt like a prank show. No TV remote, no towels in the room, no sheets for the extra bed, no hair dryer, no trash bin, and the door wouldn’t even close properly. We were going to call the front desk to report all of this but guess what? There was no phone either 😁 We were seriously waiting for someone to jump out and yell “You’ve been pranked!”

I don’t know how this hotel is allowed to have guests with it under construction. We got an email a week before saying the pool is closed and there would be no breakfast but they don’t state it is a construction zone with workers , boxes, and dust everywhere. The hotel had no hand soap . When I asked the girl at the desk said they had been out for over a month ! The all day coffee is located in the work zone and that is the only food/drink they have. They didn't tell us it was under construction, we booked a 1 bed suite and they gave us a studio, the first room they gave us was filled with building supplies. Holes in the counters, sheet, and curtains. The firealarm went off every morning at 7:45 so we couldn't sleep in on our vacation.
