The rooms were big and clean. There is microwave, toaster, refrigerator ,coffee maker in the room. No stove. Mineral water was not available. Parking was free. The room had less light. Not suitable for office work, otherwise it was okay. The American complimentary breakfast included coffee, juices, eggs, potatoes, waffles, breads, cereals, fruit, milk . Overall it was nice and value for money.

Pros: I’ll start by saying the staff was friendly and accommodating! The location is perfect—next to the highway and food places nearby. If you love trails, there are plenty nearby! Rooms are plenty large! Cons: This place can really use some TLC and minor updating. There is so much chipped paint on the walls, doors, and furniture! There was hair and crumbs on the bathroom floor, big roaches that came out at night, and the room didn't feel clean. Also, the hallway smelled heavily of feet! Service was ok When we first checked in the desk clerk was nice after that since I did not ask to have my room cleaned there was no other service I had to go down and change out my own towels rooms were sketchy at best did not give me a since of security I had them move my room from the first floor to the third floor Due to the Windows can be Broken into easily. Horrible experience save your money they ‘claim’ they’re under renovation when I mentioned the towel rack falling in my room but my husband and I saw no construction workers/signs or anything. We were put in the wrong room initially So we had to move to another room despite having paid and booked the correct room. Then once getting to the correct room the door to the hallway would sometimes not latch so it could be pushed open. They also say “buffet breakfast” but you have to go up to someone and tell them what you want also... read more
