The rooms were "alright" as far as the one check in/lobby employee she didn't know what she didn't know anything we were saying or didn't understand. Every time you would ask her something she would have an attitude. She wouldn't give me a receipt for my stay because it was paid through a third party. And she gave me an attitude about that. I don't know her name but she doesn't know customer service or how to talk to customers. We've been here twice and the same issue. As of today this will be our LAST stay at this hotel.
There was only one cleaning person and the electrical was not working in some areas of the room BUT everything else was great and very comfortable and still clean despite one cleaning person. The reason I mentioned this is because when we left we were not able to get our beds changed but that was ok. I will definitely stay again.
