I have stayed at this location many times, and have not been disappointed. The location is great and easily accessible from JBS Parkway, with no traffic or difficult obstacles. Unlike many motel's, this location has plenty of parking for personal and commercial vehicles. The rooms have always been clean and experiencing an issue is rare.

I stayed at the Hawthorn Extended Stay Hotel in Odessa, Texas, from June 27th for what was supposed to be a three-night stay, but I checked out early due to a poor experience. From the moment I arrived, the condition of the room was disappointing—especially considering the price, which was among the highest in the area. Stayed here for 2 nights. 1st night I was in a king bed room. The tv kept tripping the breaker, with that, the lights, the refrigerator, and the microwave in the room didn't work either. I called the front desk and they said they didn't have another room available. This was around 730 that evening. I went down to the front desk the next morning and the manager said that there were other rooms available and didn't know why I was told there wasn't any rooms available. The room layout was actually really nice, spacious and open, which I appreciated. But unfortunately, I had a pretty awful experience overall. Every towel in the room had stains and felt super thin and cheap, definitely not hotel quality. Also, the floors are so thin that I could hear every single step from the guests staying above me. And to make it worse, they were walking around heavily at 3 AM and again at 7 AM, which made it really hard to get any decent sleep.
