I rarely write reviews, but this experience warrants one. I stayed here at the end of July during the week of the Junior Olympics. At first glance, the property seemed great — convenient location and decent amenities. Unfortunately, the issues began almost immediately. On the first night, I realized the AC in my room wouldn’t go below 78°F — a major problem considering it was nearly 100°F outside all week. I notified the front desk, and maintenance was sent up. I may be a little bias because my late father helped build this hotel. But, as a true customer, this hotel was amazing. I did not expect the room to be like this with all accommodations. I would ABSOLUTELY stay here again.
