Our stay was horrible. Dirty suite, ran down appliances, unclean, full or stains and dirt. How can you be related to the name of Wyndham?
Girl at front desk was so rude couldn't get checked in right away...the walls are so thin you can hear every thing.Couples fighting kids running upstairs.Breakfast was terrible.The worst best I think I've ever slept on!!!Would not recommend whatsoever
Sent an email via the Hawthorn website about a refund I not yet received. My name is Orlando Sadsarin, I booked a room for 1 night for a friend who was traveling. The date was 9/27 - 9/28. Looking for a reply or some sort of communication that my messages have been received ASAP. I do not wish to drag this out any further. This is the WORST hotel ever! Do yourself a favor and don't go. Nasty sheets, old stinky furniture, dingy curtains, leaky refrigerator, musty smell, phones don't work right, and on top of that found a BIG COCKROACH crawling on the wall. Was told they don't have housekeeping on the weekend and if you need towels then you have to call before 10 am. Doesn't do any good cause you still won't get them! It should be condemned. Someone had canceled our reservation the room was not prepared at 4:30 pm understaffed. The desk clerks were great and polite, and did their best with what they had to work with. Have doubts this would ever be a place I stay again:
No cable, 1 remote to use between 2 tvs, no curtains in common area, broken items in kitchen, mismatch furniture, bathroom and room doors unable to close completely and lock. Tiny bugs crawling around tub. Was questioned when asked for extra towels and there is no room service on the weekend. Room underneath door handle broke so anyone could enter (dangerous for those staying) and be hiding inside.
