I drive motorcoach and this is about one of the worst places a group has stayed,unfortunately I don't have any say,but the rooms are old and worn out,dirty,old appliances,rusty tub,mouse trap in furnace closet says alot.I went and bought a pillow,I wouldn't donate the ones they have to a homeless person,my rooms back by a service garage of a dealership,this place probably was really nice,20 yrs ago!! Ceilings cracked,walls dirty,furniture ripped and duct taped..never again!!
Extremely nice hotel. When I am in Dayton I usually stay on the west side of I70 where all the other hotels are, but my company booked me here due to most of the others being full. I am really glad they did. The room is fantastic and the complimentary hot breakfast and dinner spreads are great. Like having all the comforts of home. Very nice.
It was not as good as it was a few years ago. It's furniture and carpets are getting very worn out. It needs a lot of repair. The bed seemed to be shabby.
Dirty and torn furnishings. Bed had just coil springs with no pillow top. Hard for sleeping. Only one set of towels for showers. Not up to par with the star rating...at all. Staff was just okay. Would not recommend booking at this hotel.
I had a great stay at this hotel, albeit it's really more of a codo or apartment because your space is enormous compared to the avg. Hotel. Breakfast was good and the desk clerks were wonderful and acommodating. Really a good value in my opinion although the bed was a tad too soft.

Could use some updating, but a decent, inexpensive hotel. Love the space in the rooms!
Our group has been coming here for the last 7 years, the staff(management) is ever changing and the up keep on the place isn't where it should be, the buildings themselves look like termites have had meals there daily. Sorry outdated furniture, broken or just to gross to sit or sleep on. Free WIFi, I say what wifi.. limited to only if you get up before anyone connects.They are forever telling us , we are to loud, and we repeatedly ask to be put together in the back , so we dont disturb others.
