We got a room because I had family in town and they were there. I decided to get a room so we could be close to my family. We had a skating party planned for my sons birthday. I cooked dinner for everyone before the party. I had my 2 best friends and another family member meet at the hotel so we could all go to the party together. Rooms were broken down, cold showers, dusty dirty rooms. Breakfast was terrible, most appliances don’t work, the power was off or not working. Their cooks never showed up until 8 o’clock. Fruit was rotten, see picture.
Very dirty would not recommend. We had to find another place to stay
Room was dirty couldn’t check in for a hr after 3 after check in got wrong room staff was unprofessional bugs in room bed wasn’t made bed had stains floor was covered in dog hair staff was watching our small children eat and laughing very horrible never again nor will I ever recommend
I booked a room for Friday the 24th of May till the 27th for a charitable organization playing softball. We played on Saturday at 9, so we left at 8. So from 8 till after 4 we were gone. Just to come back to the room (612) and find that my watch and chain was missing. I go to the front desk. The guy at the front desk calls the manager. He comes to the lounge area. I explain to him what had happen. He keeps asking "when did you check in” so after the 3rd or 4th time asking I could see he didn’t care nothing about my belonging... read more
Had a HORRIBLE experience staying at the one on Poe Ave in Huber Heights, Ohio. There was hair in the tub drain, shower was dirty, we had to put towels down to take a shower, microwave didn’t work, the drawer was broken on the tv stand, paint splattered everywhere, and there was no hot water my last day there. All they did was take $15 off my last night there. My WHOLE night should’ve been refunded. We travel A LOT and we’re DEFINITELY never staying there or any other by Wyndham. Yes, I took pics.
