Professional warm welcoming caring .
I love this place. They are attentive to your needs and balanced in their approach. I’m pretty new to chiropractic care. My chiropractor Lori is very knowledgeable and I leave every appointment feeling like I’m getting better and with good information to go into weekly workouts. Plus she really does good job adjusting me and making my neck crack :) I just had my first massage today and it a really good massage. Will not take my insurance even though they are in network. On the expensive side.
I went to a series of sound meditation classes and several of the sound bath meditations put on by Kevin. Well worth it! I plan on attending more events at Hawthorn.
***This post has been edited since the first visit. The first appointment itself was frustrating and I was extremely disappointed when I left with no further insight or analysis. I've since called 3 times, speaking once with the receptionist and leaving 2 messages with questions and to set up an appointment to draw blood. Yet in the 14 days since, they still haven't emailed or called back. After posting this review, the Exec Director called me, answered my questions, and set up an appointment.
