Very dirty, old and nothing like the pictures. Washing machine, dryer and shower head all broken in both rooms that were rented. Bugs, broken power points, fans. Looked like the apartment hadn’t even been looked at for weeks. Was also disappointing that the reception staff were shocked and tried to act like that couldn’t be possible when mentioned in check out. I would absolutely spend a little more money and stay somewhere nicer

Very dirty room. We arrived and had bugs on the bed, dirty sheets as well the bathroom was very dirty with water leaking out all over the floor. The washing machine was flooded and we were unable to wash our clothes in the room. If I could rate it 0 stars I would! I’d rather be homeless

Filthy rooms - bugs in our bed, dirt in the corners of the room, leaking aircon unit, green sludge on the bathroom floor, sitting dirty water in the washing machine, broken shower head, and many more issues. It’s obvious our room was not looked at before they gave us the keys. In addition the staff seemed surprised that the room was in that state so they clearly don’t have regular maintenance of the property. I would not recommend a stay here.

ZERO STARS do you know what Brad Pitt found in the box? That’s right it was this hotel it is horrendous stains on the bed and floor apparently they found the worlds first inverted tradies because light switches were upside and not to mention booked a room for 2 yet it was actually a room for 1 thousand because the next morning a whole colony of ants decided join in on the fun in the kitchen.
