Dr. Fahad is fantastic, attentive and thorough. Highly recommend this GP and clinic. The reception staff are very friendly and professional. The phlebotomist (pathology collector) is also very efficient and painless.
Great team, and supportive medical practice
I wish I could give this clinic a 5-star review, but unfortunately, today’s experience was extremely disappointing. Dr Panka was 30 minutes late to my appointment, yet I was charged $140 for a 16-minute consultation, on the basis that it exceeded the standard 10-minute appointment. However, the clinic’s website clearly states $85 for consultations under 20 minutes and $136 for consultations over 20 minutes. Dr Panka is an amazing Doctor. She is a lovely person and picks up on things other GPs don’t acknowledge. Have recommended other people here who think so highly of her clinic also
