Since P2 Property Management took over there have been roach and bedbug infestations, vandalism and thefts. The building has been aging fast and once nice features - such as lobby, lounge, outdoor seating, landscaping, basement hall - have been stripped down, meanwhile rent has been increasing dramatically. The on-site manager Desirae is difficult and unresponsive. Recently, knowingly over-charging older, blind tenant and forging his checks. Sad times in this building’s 20-year history.

The location is amazing, from having the village so close to downtown just 10 minutes away is perfect. It’s quiet and any repairs are made and completed in a timely manner. Friendly neighbors and even better surrounding community

I really do like this apartment building. The surrounding area is convenient with the local grocery store, gas stations, food places all within less than 5 minutes. It’s conveniently by the highway too. The area is quiet, and within the building is quite quiet with friendly residents.

I've lived in the building for 11 years. Desirae and the maintenance staff are open, friendly and available to take care of anything we need as residents. A great building to live in. Friendly neighbors and convenient location for shopping, area parks, dining and American Family Field.
