We live in the same community as Cole, and I 100% agree with what he said. Pulte is not allowing us to change the bylaws to stop homes in our neighborhood to be rented to section 8. Shame on Pulte for not caring about their home buyers. They just want the money and then leave the community to defend itself. But we are trying to defend our community right now and Pulte is fighting us on it. They won’t even allow us to bring up the section 8 rentals at our HOA meeting.
