I scheduled Hawks to come service my furnace in October 2025. Initially I was pleased by the work and the courteous service from the scheduler and our servicer. I did think it was odd when he told me our 11 year old furnace did not have a way to use a filter. Jumping to this month, I had the air ducts cleaned, and Mr. Vac's technicians told me there was a filter compartment in the back of the unit, and the filter inside was extremely dirty. I will not be using Hawks again.
Steven came out and put in my new Minisplit system and he did a FANTASTIC JOB. It looks GREAT. Thank you very much young man.
Shawn was the absolute best! He came same day and fixed our boiler in no time. We could not thank him enough for providing us with his outstanding service. If I could give 10 stars I absolutely would. We will be calling Shawn for all our heating and cooling needs in the future. Thank you so much, Shawn!
