Brent came out today and tested my water for free. This man is a great source of knowledge and wisdom when it comes to water softeners and everything else. He didn’t try to sell me something I don’t need, and that will earn my business when I do need it in the future. He was professional and kind.
I’d been receiving 6-8 bags of salt; with only myself in the house now that seemed like way too much! The last time he was here, I mentioned it to the young man that delivered 9 bags that particular day. He called back to the shop and spoke with someone; they walked him through resetting my recycling from every 3 days, to every 12! This last visit, last Friday, I only needed 1 bag!! Grateful for a company that listens to their customers and is honest to correct a problem!
Great company wouldn’t use anyone else.
