Mr Hawkins is a property manager and is the best!
I rented from Mr. Hawkins for about ten years, and they were always very friendly as well as very responsive to any repairs that needed to be done. I always found their apartments to be in great shape with lots of character. They are the most affordable place in town, and the only reason I moved was because of a change in my work location. I would rent from them again in a heartbeat.
