We only use Hawkins because our apartment complex has a contract with them. Do not use this company, they will promise they will be there but then not show up twice in a row week after week even after you have everything set up and ready to go for them. We've been waiting over a month for our second routine spray. Called for a tech to come out and assess termite damage as well as deal with the termites. Scheduled a time and day. No tech showed up so I called and text the office. No answer, and no text back, no called back.

I called for an appointment and she said that they would be there on Monday around 1-130ish, never called or showed up. I called again to see if I mis-understood or what, the answering machine picked up I left my information again, never received a callback. So I wouldn’t waste your time with this company.
