Called to inquire about routine cleaning cost out of pocket as well as deep cleaning out of pocket. The receptionist put me on hold for 12 mins before returning to the line and admitting that she completely forgot about me. I told her I'd just take my business elsewhere.
Friendly, on-time service again and again. The entire staff treats patients with respect. I highly recommend Dr. Hawkins and his staff.
Dr. Hawkins is awesome. He and his staff made a normally frightening experience completely wonderful. He spent time explaining each step of having 2 root canals done on my daughter. She was so calm. This is a person who as a child had to have an orange juice cocktail before entering a dentist building. Thank you Dr. Hawkins for such a wonderful experience for my daughter and me.
