It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. They are nice but WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked. Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Definitely! Everyone knows they are the best around! Did this chiropractor pressure you to return for unnecessary follow-ups? Not at all! They always respect my decisions. Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.
