It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. They are nice but WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked.
