Building a building is easy but building a home is hard. There’s something about this island and especially the Hawkins, that makes people actually come together. Hawkins Apartments is a wonderful community with beautiful, spacious homes. We’re so happy we chose to live here on Treasure Island! I recently toured Hawkins Apartments on Treasure Island and was very impressed. The building is brand new and beautifully designed, with sweeping views that capture the Bay Bridge, San Francisco’s skyline, and Alcatraz. It’s rare to find such a peaceful setting with direct ferry access that makes getting into the city so convenient. Meira, the leasing agent, was exceptionally well-informed, kind, and courteous. I’m not a resident at Hawkins, but I visit a close friend who lives there and I’m over on Treasure Island all the time. Taking the ferry over is honestly one of my favorite parts. The ride is quick, smooth, and the views alone make it worth the trip, especially on a nice day. Hawkins has become a regular hangout for me, especially with the weekly game nights.
