Hawkins Apartments is a wonderful community with beautiful, spacious homes. We’re so happy we chose to live here on Treasure Island! Highly recommend Hawkins for your new home if you are looking to move to Treasure Island. I immediately knew during my first tour with Meira that this would be my next home. The building itself feels spacious, high spec and well designed with great resident amenities - the rooftop has nice touches like hammocks and bean bags to relax and take in the beautiful views of the city skyline and the Bay. We recently discovered Hawkins while looking to relocate for a new job in the City. We couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment we toured the property, it was clear this was a community built with care and attention to detail for the tenants. Building a building is easy but building a home is hard. There’s something about this island and especially the Hawkins, that makes people actually come together. I’m not a resident at Hawkins, but I visit a close friend who lives there and I’m over on Treasure Island all the time. Taking the ferry over is honestly one of my favorite parts. The ride is quick, smooth, and the views alone make it worth the trip, especially on a nice day. Hawkins has become a regular hangout for me, especially with the weekly game nights.
