I love living in Hawkeye village apartments and they have good service. The ladies in the office r always so nice to me when I call or go in to pay rent. Also the maintenance guys are knowledgeable at what they do

loud neighbors, drug dealing, violence on occasion, poor management wont enforce the rules the let any scum move out here will be moving out asap
I love that Hawkeye Village apartments are right across the street from the college. The staff is friendly and I love the free tanning! I recommend living here!
Positive atmosphere here. People are polite. Scenery is pleasant. They keep it nice and keep my work requests complete. They do monthly activies.
