I had called to get an estimate for a door replacement. I was booked with an estimate. The tech was late. He sent a text advising he would call tomorrow to reschedule. Never did. I then called the office to inquire about why this happened and if this is was typical service. I was advised he was out ill. He should be better now and they would call back to reschedule again.
