A friend of mine had issues with his home right after closing on his house. Due to things that the inspector should have caught. His Roof is completely shot. His AC and Furnace needed replacing as well! Last company i would go through!
If I could give this company zero stars I would. We were in the process of buying a house and decide to hire what we thought were professional.. They missed several things.. Needed new roof, new AC, and New Furnace.. none at witch was included in the report.. and they are the most costly.

Just weeks after inspection and possession a previous water problem and cracked foundation was discoveered even though there were obvious signs of previous water problems inside and outside the home that should have been reasonably seen by a good home inspection service. The repair costs exceeded $20, 000. Hawkeye's answer...get a lawyer and sue the seller.
The roof wasn't properly inspected; missed two leaks and poor workmanship. We are now replacing the roof that is only 10 years old.
