Great guy. I have not used his plumbing services, however he has helped with other issues located in my house. Everytime i have ran into the owner it has been a pleasant experience.
Just called moments ago and no one answered. However, I was happy to see a call back just moments later. But as i was trying to describe the issue/part i was needing assistance in he rudely interrupted me and told "Ma'am I've been doing this for 30 years, i know what a clean out drain is" it took me by such a surprise as i'd only been on the phone for 10 seconds and to act like that was unnecessary. so i kindly said thank you for your time.
