While attempting to drive from PA to MD today, my 2022 Tiguan began to shake as I accelerated at around 60 mph. The nearest VW dealership was Hawk in Monroeville. Upon meeting with Susan and Amanda to explain the issue, I was confidently informed that the most likely cause was a build-up of snow in the wheel wells. They suggested a nearby car wash and instructed to have the undercarriage washed to melt away the accumulated snow. Just brought a suv. Brandon was absolutely awesome. Process was simple. Got a great deal.
Absolutely terrible experience. Was told a price for a lease and started the signing process with those numbers, which took hours to start, the finance manager finally came and talked to us and gave us a number over $150 more a month than what we were promised. He was not helpful at all with trying to work with the number, and was rude to my father in law and made us feel pressured into signing papers as it was now 10:30 at night and he kept making comments about how “he wanted to be home too” and how his “wife made dinner f... read more
